Description and Desired Qualifications
CH2M HILL is seeking a Security/ Communications Operator Supervisor to lead our facilities team. You will leverage your previous experience as a Supervisor to provide general oversight for our team of Communications Operators. You should be an attentive, professional person with a “can do” attitude, a background in a security role, solid leadership skills, excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook and Excel, and a positive outlook.Our Communications Supervisor leads and directs a team of Operators whose functions includ the following:
Answer and direct calls from/for multiple offices
Provide visitors with ID badges and Safety and Security information about office
Maintain phone list current with the arrival/departure of employees
Receive and log all couriers, Sort Mail

Assist with coordinating staff events, conferences, trainings, charitable campaigns, etc.
Responsible for maintaining reception area neat at all times
Take active role in Health and Safety (H&S) activities.
Update the H&S Board weekly, check the AED unit daily
Provide Administrative assistance as needed
Request Photo IDs for employees
Maintain the office Access Cards database, as well as sending requests to Building Security for Cancellations /Additions of access cards
Assist with meeting room bookings and ordering lunches etc.
Assist with building maintenance issues. Report to the building staff as needed
Support telework staff as necessary


Basic Qualifications
HS Diploma
Two years minimum experience in a security role
Two years miminmum experienc in a supervisory or lead role

Degree Required
High School or GED
