This is contingent on the award of task orders: IPC is currently seeking full time and part time employee applicants for the LEP SME position in anticipation of a contract award for at the U.S. Army National Training Center, Ft. Irwin, CA, Marine Corps Air Ground Training Center, 29 Palms, CA and the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC), Fort Polk, Louisiana in support of the Joint
Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO).
The LEP subject matter expert provides guidance and mentorship regarding the investigative process of interrogating crime scenes, terrorists, suspects, etc. This includes a demonstrated mastery of executing high risk search warrants, utilizing confidential informants, and following investigative leads to solve various crimes. The LEP will assist DOD professionals with transitioning from a direct action role (force application) into a more prosecutorial role whereas as investigations are conducted to identify criminal networks and operations directed .
Qualifications:
Applicants must pass a detailed background check (civil, criminal and financial) and may be required to have an active DOD issued security clearance up to Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
High school diploma or equivalent. AS/BS degree (experience will be considered as a substitute for education)
