Job Description:
Conduct a wide variety of investigations on behalf of the Client to include investigation of internal and external threats made to Client and its employees, assets, reputation; internal theft of information and/or assets; other investigations as directed.

Essential Functions:
Resolve conflicts between allegations and facts.
Prepare investigative reports and statistical data in accordance with established procedures.
Design, develop and maintain a process to track, monitor and report activities, evaluate results.
Knowledge of techniques, methods and procedures used in gathering information and evidence and conducting investigations.
Ability to secure the cooperation of others in difficult situations.
Ability to consult with business partners and provide expertise on investigations.
Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks and work under time constraints.
Prepare comprehensive reports of investigative finding with minimal spelling and grammatical errors.

Qualifications:
Associates degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Sociology, Business or related field.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years verifiable law enforcement, military, or security experience with experience in conducting investigations.
Strong understanding of industry best practices, guidelines, and standards.
Experience in working with local authorities.
Understanding of basic interview and interrogation techniques and ability to apply them.
