Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of security professionals supporting several high priority and dynamic customer programs.

Responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring compliance with customer security requirements and implementing risk based cost effective security program.
• Develops applicable security documents, OPSEC plans, security education and training program, ensures clearance processing procedures are executed in a timely manner to ensure personnel are able support their contracts, and ensure the physical security of the facility is maintained.
• Will manage subcontractors, onsite guard force, support proposals and business development opportunities and interface with senior company management and the customer.

Qualifications:
• Must have intimate knowledge of the customer and their security processes.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of the NISPOM and ICD/DCIDs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of personnel security, facility security, and program security.
• Knowledge of MS Office required.
• Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong management, organizational and time management abilities.


Security Requirements:
The candidate must have TS/SCI eligibility and be subject to a polygraph.


Qualifications 
Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and eight to ten years of related experience, supervisory/management experience and ability to obtain a security clearance. Knowledge of DOD, DOE, or other industrial security program and in-depth knowledge of the DOD, DOE, or other government security regulatory manuals
