Description:
Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a SOF
Operations Officer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
This position will be located vicinity the Pentagon to support the
Sensitive Activities Directorate at OUSD(I) I&S.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provides specialized intelligence, sensitive, and compartmented special operations expertise and direct counsel to senior-level clients in direct support of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (USD(I)) and the Secretary of Defense.
• Provides day-to-day policy analysis and subject matter expertise in support of DoD sensitive special operations. Collects, prepares, organizes, coordinates, logs, tracks, conducts, briefs, and leads analysis of special operations in support of the statement of work.
• Provides experience-based, value-added operational perspective to senior policy decision makers on intelligence and special operations, while ensuring coordination with policy, legal, and operational counterparts.
• Facilitate cross communications between various DoD intelligence and intelligence-related sensitive activities and with Intelligence Community partners.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
• BA/BS degree with 5 years experience
• Special Mission Unit Experience or 5 years experience on OSD staff and experience in SOF program acquisitions and
resourcing.
• Position requires a current Top Secret Clearance and candidates must be SCI eligible.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MA/MS degree
• Senior Service College graduate or equivalent military school credit
• Recent (within the past 3 years) relevant experience as an action officer on the Joint or OSD Staff working SOF-related sensitive and special access programs.
