The Training Instructor (TI) will serve as the focal point for contract training compliance and be responsible for overall training quality and standards conformance, in accordance with the SOW.

Job Requirements
The Training Instructor (TI) position is a dedicated full-time position and requires a background with a minimum of two (2) years of successful training experience in a civilian community law enforcement, military service law enforcement, or commercial/industrial security force service.

The Training Instructor shall possess appropriate certifications to perform First Aid, CPR, AED, and firearms instructions. Training Instructors for First Aid, CPR, and AED must have an Instructor certification from American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA).

The Training Instructor will have the ability to plan training objectives, schedule personnel while ensuring contract staffing and operational continuity, maintain training files in compliance with DHS standards, and manage resources within budget.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
