Description:
Serves as a Training Specialist with experience in administering and overseeing training programs in counter narcotics and drug law enforcement.

Duties and Responsibilties:
- Must be knowledgeable of and experienced in the formulation and execution of organizational training programs.
- Must be experienced to assess training requirements, identify and evaluate training alternatives, develop training materials to include a variety of training approaches: traditional classroom, programmed learning, hands-on, simulation, video, audio, and computer aided training.
- Must be capable of instructing personnel from prepared course material.
- Ensure program requirements/activities are executed and compliant within established scope, schedule, and budget.

Required Qualifications:
- Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 12-15 years of related experience.(training, drug law enforcement)
- Must have experience working with or for government agencies – preferred former O-5/6, CWO-4/5, E-8/9, or GS-14/15.
- Current Secret security clearance
