Counter-Terrorism Subject Matter Expert

Position Overview and Description of Key Role:
Archimedes Global is currently recruiting a Counter-Terrorism Subject Matter Expert to join our Strategy and Operations Division in Northern Virginia.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform Facility/Target Detection
  • Perform Target Characterization
  • Determine and/or create facility/target signatures
  • Perform PED
  • Conduct predictive analytics/data mining to support targeting, collection, exploitation
  • Exploit and fuse multidiscipline intelligence
  • Execute advanced analytical techniques (statistical and spatial models)
  • Provide input to collection planning
  • Perform QC of analytic products
  • Use link analysis tools

Additional Qualifications/Experience:
  • Employ advanced geospatial predictive models
  • Produce CT/COIN technical intelligence written products with no government quality control and minimal supervision
  • Produce production ready outputs meeting DIA/ODNI analytic, documentation, and formatting guidance
  • Use software such as ArcGIS, ErDas Imagine, Socet GXP, ENVI, Signature Analyst, Arc SED, GeoDatabases Link Analysis, Socet Set, Iminer
  • Support personnel performing the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyst (F3Ea) Targeting Cycle
  • Lead a contractor team; work with internal and external customer
  • Prepare and present highly technical briefs to senior audiences, prepare/edit final reports ready for presentation

Requirements:
  • TS/SCI Required
  • 10+ years of experience in one of the below Subject Matters
    • WMD
    • Networking
    • Database Management
    • Signatures
    • Advanced Weapons
