Preferred Qualifications
​ Oracle is conducting a targeted search for a strong individual who can lead the diverse Protective Services (Executive Protection) team. The Protective Services Team is responsible for:
Executive and other C-Level protective services duties
Residential & aircraft security
High risk traveler protection and monitoring

Oversees the Threat Analyst team
Conduct case specific investigations

This position is a mix of “hands-on” while being a point of contact/protection for a C-level executive as well as strategically managing the PS team. Some key attributes are:
Strong leader who is an expert in the field of protection
Has the ability to understand the Oracle EP model and adapt to this model
Loves to travel
Must have the ability to carry a concealed weapon via a law enforcement retirement (not a state issued CCW permit)

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Provides security services on company premises.

Assess and facilitate resolution of physical security and safety concerns for Oracle office/region. Manage contract guard force personnel, administrate guard force contract and budget. Serve as contact regarding security and safety issues for facility site personnel, Legal and HR departments. Implement corporate security policies and procedures. Develops, implements and maintains security procedures to meet corporate policies, codes and regulations.

Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge.
