Description
Primary duties include completion of SF86 packages, fingerprinting, use of JPAS, and coordination with customer security representatives to process security clearance requirements. Protect classified government information, monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical and administrative security systems and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Candidate shall have a demonstrated ability to collect and organize data in a cohesive manner for use in the Security primary database system, ISMSi and departmental Microsoft Access database. The candidate be able to update and upload Annual Security Training, as well as running reports of completion and providing technical support to employees enrolled in the course.
In addition, the candidate must be detail oriented and must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Candidate shall have the ability and flexibility to move from one task to another and to be available for a variety of tasks as the need arises.
- Track and maintain clearances via JPAS.
- Maintain and update PSM NET.
- Maintain security clearance records and processes security clearance documents for personnel requiring access under multiple government contracts and subcontracts.
- Conduct collateral security briefings and debriefings.
- Assist employees / candidates / consultants with completion of security paperwork.
- Coordinate with customers and other government representatives on security issues / actions.
- Create reports and maintain documents / databases to accurately track candidates through the security process from initial clearance submission until they are granted a final clearance.
- Provide support and assistance to other AAI and subcontractor personnel at multiple locations
- Track RRU submissions and completions.
- Provide support to the AAI Document Control Custodian.
- Provide support to the Document Control/PERSEC Senior Manager.
- Update the Personnel Security Tracker Access database and distributes
personnel case files to department employees.
- Handle all new hire folder creation and notification to Plant Protection about cleared employee badges.
- Input all newly cleared employees into the ISMSI database.
- Oversee PERSEC Outlook/Inbox.
- Assist in writing security articles for company for company website.
- Assist in formatting and publishing departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Continuous Improvement process
-Knowledge with database functions, including SWFT, JPAS, eQIP, Microsoft Access, Sharepoint, Brainshark and ISMSi
-Knowledge of doc control procedures, physical security and closed areas
-Knowledge of NISPOM and other government security directives
-Knowledge of the government classified contract process
-Ability to work in a team atmosphere
-Top Secret clearance
-Minimum of Associate degree and 1+ years of experience with industrial security administration
