Position Description
Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is looking for qualified and motivated personnel for the following job opportunities. All positions are located in the US with the opportunity for OCONUS temporary duty (TDY) travel. All applicants should be medically fit and have experience working with the US Department of Defense (DoD) and/or NATO military. Personnel with active security access (clearances) are strongly preferred.

Positions Available Specific candidate area of expertise should be within one of the following:
CI SME/Instructor-Operations
CI SME/Instructor- Counter-surveillance and Surveillance Detection
CI SME/Instructor- Collection
CI SME/Instructor- Generalist
CI & HUMINT SME/Instructor- General
Minimum Qualifications - Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing and must be able to speak clearly enough to instruct, evaluate, and counsel students in the subtle and difficult concepts of the subject matter
- Must be familiar with the Instructional System Design (ISD) process to assist in the analysis, objective writing, evaluation, design, development, facilitation techniques, and maintenance of course materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises
- Instructor will identify areas of material, methods, aids used, or other elements of the training process in need of revision based on student evaluations
- Instructor may plan and develop internal strategies and participate in meetings to provide advice and assistance to resolve problems
Desired Qualifications - Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school
- Graduate from an accredited Counterintelligence Special Agent credentialing school
- Graduate of the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy's (JCITA) Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC) or a legacy training course offered by the Military Departments; such as the Army Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC), the Air Force Counterespionage Case Officer's Course, the Navy Counterespionage Operations Course, or an IC school equivalent
- Five (5) to seven (7) years experience conducting Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO) and/or experience conducting CI countersurveillance/surveillance detection and/or experience conducting CI or HUMINT Collection and/or five (5) to seven (7) years experience conducting IC Investigations, inquiries, interviews, insider threat, and case studies
- Experience working in DoD as either a credentialed CI Special Agent or certified HUMINT collector with a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years experience working in an operational environment and in all phases of the recruitment cycle.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant operational experience directly involved in human source operations as either a source handler or desk officer.
