Location: OCONUS
Primary Function:
Manages and supervises OCONUS training for personal protection services, guard force, and support personnel in overseas locations, including LN integration training.
Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission and values.
Essential Functions:
Organizes, manages, supervises, and schedules OCONUS training, including integration training.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supervises training coordinators (TC) and integration and training instructors (ITI).
Plans and coordinates integration training for LN personnel.
Ensures that all required equipment (e.g., weapons, ammunition, materials, etc.) are on-hand for integration training and post-integration in-service training.
Develop and implement training plans for integration training and in-service training and firearms requalification.
Job Requirements:
Must be a US citizen.
Must possess a minimum of two (2) years experience as an instructor in a security field.
Must possess a minimum of seven (7) years experience in protective security assignments.
A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been in a supervisory or in-charge capacity.
A minimum of twelve (12) months of this experience must have been in protective security under previous USG high threat protection contract.
A minimum of three (3) months of this experience must have been as a Shift Leader under previous USG high threat protection contract.
The remaining five (5) years of experience may be gained in the employ of any federal, state, provincial, local, or commercial entities providing armed high threat protective services.
Attend and successfully complete the training course.
Qualify with the Glock-19, M4, M203, M240, M249, and Remington 870 shotgun.
Attend and successfully complete the supervisor training course.
Attend and successfully complete the DS BFFOC training course.
Obtain and maintain a personnel security clearance/public trust certificaiton.
Complete the Physical Readiness Test at the 65% performance level, and maintain that fitness level for the duration of his/her service.
Possess no impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy in general, or to the country or countries assigned in specific.
