Security Assisrance/Counter Terror Long Range Planning Analyst , Germany

Key Role:
Coordinate and integrate policy for the conduct of counterterrorism and security assistance operations in AFRICOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Support the development and organization of a counterterrorism framework to facilitate the Command’s lines of effort. Integrate planning for interagency and special operations activities and provide support to client operations. Provide analytical services to assist the client in planning and conducting full spectrum special operations.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with the planning process
-Experience with analyzing international policy and security
-Experience with security cooperations programs
-Experience with African Union force structure and DoD component commands
-Experience in working with partner nations
-Experience in working with interagency partners
-Experience with joint planning systems and tools
-Ability to obtain a DOCPER sponsorship
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree and 6+ years of experience with planning

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in a Joint or combined plans organization at component level or higher
-MA or MS degree and 3+ years of experience with planning
-War College or SAMs Graduate

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
