Job Description :
Manages and supervises a team of investigators ensuring thorough and complete investigations. Conducts investigations into diverse, complex allegations of company misconduct to include, fraud, threatening behavior, computer misuse, theft, and drug and alcohol issues. Prepares comprehensive reports of investigation and case presentations. Conducts in-depth, often confrontational interviews with the ability to diffuse situations accordingly. Collects, process, and analyzes various forms of evidence. Conducts executive protection and special event security. Interfaces with multiple internal customers as well as external law enforcement and other government agencies. Support programs, operational and information security activities. Tracks and keeps management abreast of trends and developing safety issues and security issues. Stays knowledgeable of changes in applicable internal processes, industrial standards regulations and laws. Readily accepts the corporate environment and is able to perform investigative steps while advising the appropriate levels of management. at the proper tine during and investigation. Performs as both an individual and a team contributor. Experienced professional with the broad and diverse investigative background in addressing misconduct issues. Extensive background in interviewing skills. Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effective communicate across diverse professions and professional level. Capable of two and three dimensional link analysis and able to develop effectively an investigative plan of action . Computer literate and capable of using databases and spreadsheets as analytical and reporting tools.
Basic Qualifications
Must possess strong management skills and the ability to address difficult situations that arise in supervision, coordination with stakeholders and defusing confrontational interview situations. Experienced in interviewing individuals regarding misconduct, computer misuse, threatening behavior and fraud. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired skills
Bachelors' degree. Experienced manager/supervisor with at least 10 years of related investigative background.
