- Responsible for providing security leadership services to all 100+ UTAS Sites.
- Implement strategies for improvement of security procedures across the UTAS locations.
- Serve as a resource to UTAS leadership on security related issues.
- Responsible for proactively communicating with program managers, employees and enabler groups working on/in support of security & investigative program initiatives.
- Maintain effective and productive professional relationships with external and internal customers.
- Liaison with Federal, State and Local law enforcement officials as necessary on security matters.
- Coordinate with contract security companies regarding services provided to UTAS sites.
- Responsible for conducting thorough, timely and professional investigations of alleged misconduct and violations of UTC policies.
- Responsible for a security communications plan to educate the UTAS workforce on pertinent security matters.
