Position Description:
Raytheon Blackbird Technologies, Inc. is seeking Senior CI Analysts to support customer projects. The Senior CI Analyst serves as a senior Counterintelligence analytical advisor on an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of the J2X and/or J2 analytical requirements. Senior Counterintelligence Analyst identify, monitor, and assess the efforts of foreign intelligence entities who attempt to collect sensitive national security information on US persons, activities and interests, including the threats posed by emerging technologies to US operations and interests.
Travel - Position will require CONUS and OCONUS travel.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Perform contract on-site task lead functions
Perform all of the duties of the Counterintelligence Analyst as necessary and serve as a senior Counterintelligence analytical advisor on an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of the J2X and/or J2 analytical requirements.
Provide quality control of CI and CST reporting, identify emerging trends and patterns from CI and CST reporting, develop all-source association matrices on screened individuals of CI interest, construct link diagrams and other data visualization tools, conduct priority intelligence requirements (PIR)/Host Nation Information Requirements (HNIR)/information requirements (IR)s indicator analysis to focus collection efforts.
Develop and sustain a CI/HUMINT situation map (SITMAP) using existing technologies, support the Senior CI/HUMINT Special Advisor and the supported command J2Xs, conduct multi-discipline CI analysis and mission analysis for the supported commander.
Responsible for researching, developing and presenting Counterintelligence and/or intelligence products at the operational and strategic, to include counter-terrorism, HUMINT, SIGINT, counterintelligence, force protection and regional issues, political/military analysis and support to targeting.
Required qualifications:
Top Secret/SCI clearance and current CI Poly upon hiring.
Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of related experience or equivalent military training.
Minimum of 6 years CI operational or operational support experience.
Experience drafting and conducting quality control of CI/HUMINT special assessments, intelligence reports, bulletins, alerts, threat assessments, or other intelligence products.
Proficient with M3, TCOP, MS Office Suite, Analyst Notebook, Proton, IC Reach, NSA Pulse, TAC, CTKB, NCTC, WISE, CIA Wire, Intelink, QLIX, Swordfish, TIDE, DCGS-A, PORTICO, Harmony, DAIIS, Biometrics Identify Intelligence Resources, and other IC/Government databases
Must be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
Must possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
