CONUS Reachback Senior Counter Intelligence (CI) Analyst

Be a part of the team dedicated to keeping America safe at home and abroad. Sotera is looking for top talent to support our customer as a CONUS Reachback Senior Counter Intelligence (CI) Analyst in Ft. Devens, MA. This position is contingent upon award.

Qualified candidates must have a current TS/SCI with CI scope Polygraph or willing to undergo CI scope polygraph.

The CONUS Reachback Senior Counter Intelligence (CI) Analyst will:

Support a multi-faceted Intelligence Operations Support program consisting of, but not limited to, All-Source Intelligence Analysts, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysts, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analysts, Intelligence Requirements Collection Managers Special Advisors, Intelligence Analysts, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Collection and Debriefing Support, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Support, Screener Support, Multi-Media Exploitation Support, Tactical & Operational Intelligence Analysis, Intelligence Information Management, Requirements Collection Managers, and Special Security personnel to form teams and act independently to provide Counterintelligence support, Collection Requirements Management, analytic and target support, and other intelligence related support services to augment assigned military units, and other intelligence staffs and organizations.

Requirements:


Minimum required qualifications:
Education – Bachelor’s Degree OR Associates degree and four years additional analytical experience OR advanced analytical training and 8 years analytical experience
Experience – Eight years analytical experience in DoD or equivalent Government agencies with 3 years at the tactical and/or operational level
Special skills or qualifications –
Expert knowledge in the following areas: Afghanistan/SWA regional analysis, network analysis, HUMINT analysis
Requires submission of an unclassified analytical writing sample on Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Al Qaeda, the Taliban, the Haqqani Network, ISIS, or the HIG (250 word minimum) with resume
Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
Proficient at briefing senior leadership at the O6 level
Experience effectively mentoring junior and mid-level analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments

Desired qualifications and/or experience:
Education – Master’s Degree
CI/HUMINT analytical experience preferred
