Job Description:
IEA Corp is looking for an experienced Security Specialist (Physical/Personnel)to perform the following tasks;
* Serve as the security expert for Industrial, SCI and SAP accreditation requirements
* Assist the Security Operations office in the implementation, monitoring and enforcement of all Fort Washington Facility (FWF) Security Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Assist the Government with ensuring protection and effective administration of facility related functions under cognizance of the Office of Intelligence Systems Support Office (ISSO).
* Perform security container inventory/briefings, alarms semi-annual/guard force testing
* Assist the Government in the management of alarm accounts/testing, CCTV Cameras, add/delete personnel to/from alarms when required, door/safe combinations, annual SCIF inspections, SCIF/SAPF accreditations, maintenance of SCIFs/SAPFs (FFC/Tempest Addendums updates)
* Perform collateral/SCI/SAP destruction
* Manage/maintenance of card reader computer system and accreditations/reaccreditations, emergency action plan (EAP), self-inspections and external Industrial, SCI and SAP support to ISSO security personnel
* Serve as the focal point of contact for all Industrial, SCI and SAP matters
* Ensure that security policy and procedures are consistent with applicable security rules and regulations (with intimate knowledge and skills of NISPOM, ICDs, JFANs and M-1, etc)
* Provide clear and concise physical security guidance to all Industrial, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) residents
* Perform a broad range of staff actions relative to having a working knowledge of physical security functions with emphasis in SCI but knowledge of Collateral and SAP requirements
* Ensure work is consistently planned and prioritized in support of the ISSO Security office, Special Security Officer (SSO), Program Security Officers (PSOs) and the organization’s mission
* Responsible for coordinating as appropriate all activities involving Concept Validations, Co- Use Agreements (CUAs), facility accreditations; initiate and process alarm panel / card swipe access request
* Perform facility security briefings; maintain list of accredited facilities; grant access to
facilities, coordinate the activities of an Emergency Action Plan (EAP); author required instructions and policies in the development of sound physical security program guidance at any ISSO facility
Experience and Skills:
* 8-12 years experience working within Physical Security/Personnel Security
* Knowledgeable of DoD security requirements related to physical and personnel security
* Experience working with SCI and/or SAP facility accreditations
* Knowledgeable of DoD, DSS, ODNI, DIA, SSO Navy and SSO AF maintenance and physical security programs
* Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
