Advantage SCI is seeking multiple Senior Intelligence Analysts to be considered for full time employment upon Contract Award. The analysts will participate in coordinating and monitoring analytic and production efforts focused on threat in support of counterterrorism and other operations. They will coordinate and monitor the following:
• Assist in the development of collection requirements
• Assist in the planning, research, production, review, evaluation, and organization of intelligence analysis and includes identifying modus operandi of general threat entities
• Assist in the analysis of general threat entity activities to include: identifying gaps in available intelligence recommendation of potential collection requirements to meet immediate and future intelligence requirements to include the review and evaluation of available intelligence and required intelligence
• Assist in the development of intelligence products and the presentation of intelligence reports and analytic assessments, These will be collated into various forms articles, papers, studies, briefings, and other media. Once approved by the government products will be disseminated to the Intelligence Community; will train users via training and information sharing and resolution of intelligence issues
• Provide analysis in joint and collaborative efforts with IC agencies to include assisting and contributing to collective estimative and interagency products and processes, including preparing and presenting all-source intelligence briefings to DoD and other Government agencies
• Assist and guide other analytic specialist within the organization and the IC. This includes encouraging, supporting and facilitating collaborative analytic discussion and review with other analytic specialists. The government will pre- approve any required real time interface and communication with the DOD Unified Commands and U.S. forces who are deployed. Analyst will assist in ensuring that requirements are met.
Minimum Requirements:
• US Citizen
• HS Diplomas with no less than 15 years’ experience or a bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years’ experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in the IC to include experience and knowledge of national level intelligence community interagency work Candidate will be familiar of the IC infrastructure and have working knowledge of the IC organizational agencies
• Four (4) years of experience and education of the most recent IC analytic trends as they are applied to the US governments efforts in Counterterrorism and Force Protection
• Five (5) years of experience and ability to utilize analytic tools created, developed deployed within the past five (5) years. This includes basic understanding and familiarization with tools such as: Analyst Notebook, CRISS CROSS, classified message databases, Google Earth, IC Reach, and other commercial-off-the-shelf software tools
• Experience and ability to utilize analytic tools created, developed and deployed within the past five (5) years for that include ability to conduct analysis on intelligence, threat analysis, SIGINT metadata analysis, and forecasting methodologies
• Four (4) years personal experience having provided senior management intelligence briefings (Colonel 06 or GS-15 or higher)
• At least three (3) years of experience writing finished intelligence assessment papers and/or briefings
• Three (3) years of experience providing support in the area of asynchronous warfare
• Must be able to deploy/travel overseas for extended lengths of time
• Must be able to pass a physical exam in preparation for travel overseas
• DoD Strategic Debriefer course completion is desired.
• Must have or be able to obtain the following documentation:
• A valid U.S. issued passport
• A valid driver’s license issued in the U.S.
• Upon hire, must be able to produce current medical examination, physical fitness statement, and immunization record
Working Conditions (Deployed conditions may be different)
• Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
• Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Able to walk long distances without assistance
