Overview:

The Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) is a TS/SCI cleared civilian technician qualified through certification and/or relevant work experience to monitor trade craft activities within the construction site. The CST will monitor all un-cleared construction personnel during every phase of the project. The number of CST personnel will be adjusted to meet the surveillance requirements. The CST reports directly to the Security Site Manager.
