Location: California
Salary: $90K-$95K + 20% Bonus + Relocation

Large Native American Casino Resort located in California seeks an experienced Security Director:

Overview

♦ Will help develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Security programs and initiatives, and is responsible for compliance with applicable Tribal Gaming Agency requirements.

♦ Responsible for preparation of and adherence to the operational and capital budgets for the Security Department.

♦ Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.

♦ Must have 5+ years of Casino experience in a Security management position. Previous Native American experience is a plus.

♦ Reports to the Assistant General Manager.
