RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide guidance and expertise regarding best-practice business security standards and solutions to maintain a secure environment for the protection of personnel, property and information.
Analyze business and global trends to determine and plan for both short-term and long-term security operation goals.
Provide leadership, organization and mentorship to the program leads of various security and life safety efforts; risk management, business continuity, intelligence, security systems and operations.
Establish and maintain effective relationships as a liaison with Federal, State, and local law enforcement and regulatory agencies that affect security operations.
 
REQUIREMENTS

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

PREFERRED
Strong experience developing safety and security programs internationally
Hands on experience leading, growing and developing teams
