Northland Group Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and self-starting individual for our in-house SecurityTeam. We are hiring (1) full time position. Position includes full benefits, paid holidays and paid time off after 90 days of employment. Position also offers a GREAT and flexible work schedule! No more over nights, late nights, and no Sundays.In this role, you will be expected to work both independently and as part of a small
security team. Additionally, this role will require you to take control of a wide range of situations. Manager will provide direction and guidance for performing other assigned duties when necessary.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors and other persons to maintain security of premises.
• General patrol of operations.
• DVR Monitoring
• Drive company-owned vehicle to transport individuals or deliveries to specified locations.
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
• Circulate among visitors and employees to preserve order and protect property
• Assist with information security and work with internal audit team
• Provide regular training for employees
• Enforce client, state and federal laws and regulations
• Work closely with executives.
• Respond to emergencies and provide basic first aid as needed.
• Assist with multiple locations
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Availability to work a variety of shifts (no overnights) Monday — Saturday. On call and weekend hours required.
• Ability to walk and stand for up to 7 hours per day.
• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED and O/C (Oleoresin/Capsicum) certification.
• Ability to use good judgment, use decision making skills, prioritize, be organized and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office experience a plus.
Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• No Criminal Record
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check
Preferred Requirements:
• Associates Degree in related field is preferred
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Military Experience
