Job Summary
The ASOTC role player will provide role player support in all aspects of ASOTC Training; serve as a role player in a scenario to senior Special Operations NCO’s, warrant officers, and officers attending the ASOTC in both urban and rural environments.
Duties
Will be responsible for safeguarding all Government property and classified documents provided for use
Travel to CONUS locations as required by the company and/or the customer as well as other duties as requested, directed, or assigned as per the customer
Minimum Job Requirements
Must be familiar with the training and governing policies and procedures as they pertain to ASOT programs within the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).
Must be a Graduate of ASOTC.
Must be a graduate of Special Forces Qualification Course or Seal Qualification Course or MARSOC equivalent.
Must maintain a high degree of physical fitness allowing you to competently handle the physical demands of this position, which include working in extreme environmental conditions such as heat and cold, being able to move 6 miles a day in rough terrain and working non-standard hours.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must hold and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Must be able to communicate affectively both written and verbal to perform the role, evaluate, provide AAR’s and counsel trainees in the subtle and difficult concepts of the subject matter.
Must have a minimum of four years of Special Operations experience.
Ten years of Special Operations Forces experience is preferred but not required.
