Duties

The Garrison Medical Trainer shall train on the following tasks:
Train the Garrison command in developing and coordinating Class VII supply and medical requirements, refresher training for medical trained ANASOC personnel, and track the care and progress for all wounded ANASOC personnel.
Will train the Garrison command medics to possess the skills to independently conduct the following tasks: tactical combat casualty care, sick call/medical screening, evaluation and treatment, Battalion Aid Station operations, sustainment of trauma evaluation, and resuscitative care.


Minimum Tangible Qualifications
MUST HAVE at least 10 years of experience.
E7/O3 or higher
Combat Medic or equivalent MOS
Before the selected individual is deployed he/she understands he/she will be processed through an Individual Deployment Site/CONUS Replacement Center (IDS/CRC). Prior to deployments individual will read, and thoroughly understand the terms and conditions which he/she will be deployed and the expected field environment.
Civilian Individual Readiness Processing (IRP) Qualification Deployment Criteria (http://www.apd.army.mil/pdffiles/p690_47.pdf) which must be met for Deployment are Personnel Records, Personnel Management, Personnel Actions, Organizational Clothing/Equipment, Medical, Dental, Legal, CPO, Transportation, Provost Marshal, Housing Office, Army Community Services, and Installation Requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

SOCOM qualified 18D or experience with operational USSOCOM BN/GRP-level.
