Job Summary


Protect property and provide a safe environment for guests and staff. Supervise all on-duty security personnel, including dispatcher. Coordinate job assignments and ensure that each officer is briefed on the day’s activities. Compile information and file written reports. Assist with the Interview, select, review, and counseling security officers to maintain order throughout the hotel. Train new employees according to all corporate specifications, including documentation. Assign duties and schedule staff, balancing needs of hotel and productivity standards. Monitor staff activity and coach subordinate performance.


Requirements


Must have a minimum of three to five years of supervisor/management and luxury hotel experience preferred.

Hotel Safety and Security come first; this department is responsible for the safeguarding of hotel property, assets, guests, visitors, and employees. They maintain a pro-active loss prevention program designed to ensure a safe and secure environment for hotel guests and talent.
