Minimum Requirements:

• Active TS security clearance required. Candidates will be required to pass further screening by the government client if accepted for the position. • High School diploma or equivalent. • Valid U.S. Driver's license. • Ability to travel abroad for duration's of 4 to 6 months. • 3 or more years of general experience in security, administrative, technical, clerical, military, or other work that involved following written procedures, rules or regulations in contacts with coworkers, supervisors, or members of the public to provide a service, respond to inquiries, or obtain information; to include specialized experience that involved the escort of non-cleared personnel on a US Government facility. • Demonstration of continuing physical fitness. • Must be able to perform duties in a professional manner and maintain a neat and clean appearance while in uniform. Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous work experience as a Construction Escort in a cleared environment is preferred.

Actively engaging in safety meeting and planning sessions to support project and site safety program • Depth Perception - The ability to judge which of several objects is closer or farther away from you, or to judge the distance between you and an object. • Extent Flexibility - The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs. • Gross Body Equilibrium -The ability to keep or regain your body balance or stay upright when in an unstable position. • Stamina - The ability to exert yourself physically over long periods of time without getting winded or out of breath. • Peripheral Vision - The ability to see objects or movement of objects to one's side when the eyes are looking ahead. • Far Vision -- The ability to see details at a distance. • Manual Dexterity -- The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. • Spatial Orientation -- The ability to know your location in relation to the environment or to know where other objects are in relation to you. • Reaction Time -- The ability to quickly respond (with the hand, finger, or foot) to a signal (sound, light, picture) when it appears. • Multi-limb Coordination - The ability to coordinate two or more limbs (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) while sitting, standing, or lying down. It does not involve performing the activities while the whole body is in motion. • Response Orientation - The ability to choose quickly between two or more movements in response to two or more different signals (lights, sounds, pictures). It includes the speed with which the correct response is started with the hand, foot, or other body part. • Near Vision - The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). • Speed of Limb Movement - The ability to quickly move the arms and legs. • Finger Dexterity -- The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects. • Arm-Hand Steadiness - The ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position. Essential Duties:
• Performs security escort duties, in an overseas location. • Escort non-cleared personnel / foreign national employees to their work location and monitor their activities through the course of their daily activities • Receive daily information and assignments from project supervision and carry out the oversight and coordination of the personnel being escorted • Take direction from project supervision in the execution of security escort duties, to include security, safety and general construction practices. • Monitor personnel in a construction environment that will require oversight at elevated heights, requiring the use of safety harnesses, personal protective equipment and safe work practices. • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
