Job Duties and Responsibilities

Become an integral part of a diverse team that leads the world in Mission, Cyber, and Intelligence Solutions. At ManTech International Corporation, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

You shall provide SSAT support to the JSFPO in Arlington, VA. SSAT is a multi-discipline team that goes out to future operational sites and evaluates what is needed from facilities, resources, manpower, and information systems in order to accept deliverance of the JSF aircraft. Work with the sites to ensure all shortfalls are remedied and improvements are made to meet their required delivery dates. The SSAT team will work with multiple CONUS and OCONUS sites. Brief and coordinate SAP and collateral security requirements for USAF, USN (to include carrier integration), USMC (to include “L” class ship integration), and International bed down sites in support of SSAT SAIT activities. Responsibilities may include:

•Maintain and monitor security activities until SAP and GENSER facilities are formally accredited and accepted. Accreditation of the facilities is JAFAN 6/9 Physical Security Standards and accreditation of the information systems must be JAFAN 6/3 Information Security Standards.
•Work with the USAF, USN, USMC, and international security managers as they build and prepare their facilities for the JSF AS.
•Track the build schedules for the facilities to ensure manpower, construction, and documentation are developed and completed in an accurate and timely manner.
•Identify security clearance and SAP access requirements for handling classified hardware and information for F-35 air and ground systems at bed down sites. Provide the requirements to the USAF, USN, USMC, and international personnel in writing by integrating them into the site activation plan.
•Review, analyze, and monitor floor plans, diagrams of electrical and communications wiring, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) connections, and security equipment layout (to include the location of intrusion detection equipment) for bed down commands and classified facilities.
•Assist the services in defining facility and infrastructure requirements to meet JSF bed down for all sites.
•Coordinate and participate in the development of CONUS and OCONUS Facilities Requirements
•Documents (FRDs) ,that have been developed by LM, outlining the security requirements for both collateral and SAP facilities in accordance with DoD 5200.1-R and JAFAN 6/9.
•Work closely with LM and the other SSAT team members to refine the FRD.

Requirements:
•BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years specialized security experience with emphasis in SAPF construction and SAP operations. 15 years required if no degree.
•Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the JAFAN series security requirements.

Security Clearance: 

US citizenship and an active Secret clearance and must be eligible to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Must have SCI and SAP eligibility.
Qualifications Requires Bachelor¿s degree or equivalent and eight or more years of related experience and ability to obtain a security clearance.
