We are currently searching for a talented, professional RAVEN MRX Task Lead to join our team!
About the Job
Individual will:
• Provide overall management, planning, support, and execution of the MARSOC MRX.
• Coordinate participation of MARSOC, Joint, Service, and Interagency units, and other Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in the MRX exercise.
• Execute staff cognizance for MARSOC doctrine development.
• Observe, train, and assess exercise forces during performance and execution of MRX.
• Collect data against training standards and assess achievement of those standards.
• Incorporate Facilitated After Action Reviews (FAAR) and lessons learned to identify Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and promulgate best practices into the MRX.
• Establish feedback process which translates FAARs, lessons learned and TTPs into best practices; which in turn generate requirements, refined doctrine and improved capabilities.
• Develop an academic capability as part of RAVEN series mission rehearsal exercises.
Requirements
• U.S. Citizenship and current and active Secret security clearance
• 10-15 year’ relevant experience
• Ability to develop detailed work plans and schedules; assign staff responsibilities and supervise all staff efforts; utilize, control and redirect available resources as necessary to complete tasks in accordance with scheduled milestones and budgetary constraints
• Be able to perform quality checks of all work products and interact continually with Government COR and any appointed Technical Representatives (TR) to present interim results
• Ability to manage the Contractor support workforce in order to match the ebb and flow of the specific skills required for the requirements as they arise
• Experience in exercise planning and logistical support – required.
• Experience with SOF and MARSOC (USMC) - desired.
