Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall performance, shall be available 24 hours a day and shall be responsible for the scheduling and execution of the security force responsibilities and to interface with the COR as the direct representative of the Contractor.
The Site Manager shall be on site a minimum of 12 hours per day as coordinated with COR and shall be responsible for the conduct of security operations 24 hours a day.
The Site Manager shall be empowered to make and carry out management decisions.
Job Requirements


Position Requirements:
Minimum 25 years of age.
Able to don all required personal protective gear and physically execute assigned duties.
Possess a military background with 10 or more years of combat arms experience, or possess a police background with 10 or more years of operational experience.
Shall possess at least three years’ experience managing/supervising security guard operations.
Shall be qualified on primary weapon e.g. Calibers 9mm, 5.56mm, 7.62mm. Any special weapons qualifications will be defined by COR.
Shall be fluent in English. Able to read and write in English.
