Virtual Battle Space Trainer

Key Role:
Serve as a Virtual Battle Space (VBS) trainer to support a US Army Reserve client. Support advanced leader and senior leader course modules requiring VBS training. Support home station training using VBS, as needed, develop and tailor scenarios to support the training, train personnel as operators and administrators of VBS, and provide games for training general support for all gaming applications and services. Perform installation, operation, maintenance, configuration management, and interoperability between gaming applications and Army command and control (C2) interfaces, including FBCB2 and BFT. Assist with planning and providing virtual training across multiple locations and ensure continuity and expertise that enables awareness and the effective use of virtual training assets to support training across the Army Reserve. This position is located in Seagoville, TX.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with virtual training, simulations, or gaming

-Experience with Virtual Battle Space (VBS)

-Secret clearance

-AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with training, exercise construction, terrain modeling, and scenario development

-Experience with the US Army or Army Reserve

-Experience with deployment in Afghanistan or Iraq

-Experience with convoy operations during deployment

-Experience as an Observer Controller (OC)

-Experience with After Action Review (AAR)

-Experience with training management

-BA or BS degree preferred

Clearance:
