Mission:
Quantum is currently seeking qualified instructors to provide support at Ft. Benning, GA. Provide Bradley Master Gunner Instructor (s) Certified on Heavy Brigade Combat Team (HBCT)/Vehicle Crew Evaluator Exportable Packet (VCEEP) standards (FM 3-20.21) SEPT 09 and Infantry Doctrine and Training Analysis and Development Support Resulting in Support of Army Transformation. Conduct the course (seminar / conference / discussion / lecture / demonstration / practical exercise) in accordance with TRADOC approved Training Support Package for both the J3 and A3 versions of the Master Gunner Course. Support an estimated training load of 40 Soldiers per class for the J3 version of the course and 16 students per class for the A3 version. Support four sessions of a fourteen-week course for the J3 version and 5 sessions of a three-week course for the A3 version.
Responsibilities Review course documents and training materials for accuracy and shall prepare suggested changes and modifications for review and approval by the COR.
Perform monthly inventory of office and training equipment. Prepare classroom or training areas. Draft all required administrative correspondence associated with a class. Provide an entrance briefing to unit. Prepare classroom or training areas, the host unit will pick-up and return training devices as needed. Perform operator maintenance on training aids and/or equipment. Train to standard as it conducts classroom / laboratory / seminar / conference / discussion / lecture / demonstration per class training schedule. Conduct student critiques to identify strengths, weaknesses, and actions to improve performance. Schedule and conduct remedial training and student retests. Maintain and update a class status chart and logs reflecting number of students in training and class progression. Conduct academic counseling, grade written tests, grade results performance test, review and grade homework projects, and prepare student written evaluation upon student graduation. Review new student releases, review a student’s record for progression, make entries on student record of training form, complete Training Quality Report, complete report on student identified as receiving deficient training, and prepare and forward required documentation on student release prior to graduation. Administer, review, and summarize student course critique. Collect / analyze lessons learned, identify trends, review capstone doctrinal publications to identify doctrinal disconnects, and identify emerging technologies that may impact on the conduct of training.
Requirements :
Bachelors Degree is required with a minimum of 5 years of directly related experienceCertified Instructor on Heavy Brigade Combat Team (HBCT Gunnery since SEP 2009 )
Vehicle Crew Evaluator Exportable Packet (VCEEP) standards
Working knowledge of FBCB2, VBS2 and CCTT
Graduate of the ASIJ3 BFV Master Gunner Course (for J3 Master Gunner Course instructor positions)
Graduate of the M2A3 BFV Master Gunner Course (for M2A3 Master Gunner Course instructor positions)
Working knowledge of C4ISR operations and equipment
Experience as a Training Developer or Combat Developer
