Senior International Security Manager

Job Description
Develop and Manage Harris Global International Security Program.
Develop and oversee a clearly defined and articulated corporate international security strategy to include unambiguous implementing policies and practices.
Advise Presidents, Company Security Management and Program Management in the interpretation of security
international policies and in developing consistently applied plans and procedures to meet international security requirements.
Act as an international security consultant when necessary for key pursuits.
Guide and train security professionals on international security.
Conduct and assist with audits to insure policies are being followed.
Manage/oversee day-to-day activities of Regional Security Managers
Represent the company at regional and national security working groups, awareness groups, and seminars as needed.
Responsible for review and preparation of subcontract DD254s and related security plans.

Qualifications:
BS/SA degree, and 8+ years overall experience, at least 5 years in a Security Management and 3 years in international security management positions with a demonstrated success record required.
U.S. Citizen, Current SSBI with Top Secret Clearance; CI polygraph preferred.
Knowledge and practical application of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), NISPOM Supplement and applicable Director of National Intelligence Directives (NIDs); and Joint Air Force, Army and Navy (JAFAN) directives.
Demonstrated leadership experience of both exempt and non-exempt employees.
Crisis management skills and background

Preferred/Additional skills:
Excellent writing, speaking and customer service skills are required.
Demonstrated use of sound and logical thinking in choosing a particular course or action.
Working knowledge of computer security requirements for classified processing.
Experience in review and input to RFPs and RFIs.
Proficiency with general Microsoft Office products.
Must be able to interact with senior /executive management on matters pertaining to international security policy and procedures.
Understanding of export control regulatory compliance requirements and Technology Control Plans.
