POSITION SUMMARY:
With wide range of knowledge develops and presents complex training programs for customers and in-house employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts training programs on complex topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules.
Tests trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training presentations.
Based on this evaluation, modifies training for future sessions as necessary.
Provides guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing areas of expertise and training skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related (training, military, and/or logistics) experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.

This is to support the recompete on the FT Benning GA CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) contract. We are looking for local candidates with a US Secret security clearance.Training Instructor, First Aid: Provide Combat Life Save/First Aid Warrior Task Training (WTT) Level 1 to Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Airmen and DA Civilians deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan. Provide classroom instruction and practical exercises to approximately 200 students weekly.
Qualifications:
1. Former military occupation specialty (MOS) code of 68W (Health Care Specialist) and/or sister service equivalent and/or similar background to include training at an accredited university or technical school after 2010.
2. Combat Lifesaver/First Responder certified.
3. Completed the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) after 2010.
