property book and distribution operations in areas such as the Supply Support Activity, Central Issue Facility, Ammunition Supply Point and HAZMAT Management.

Inuit Services, Inc is seeking an Ammunition Supply Point Supervisor at Ft. McCoy, WI. Reports to the government Supply Manager within an Installation or Directorate of Logistics operational environment. Responsible for managing and leading Supply and Services personnel engaged in warehousing, supply chain,
property book and distribution operations in areas such as the Supply Support Activity, Central Issue Facility, Ammunition Supply Point and HAZMAT Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direction and guidance to assigned personnel to execute daily operations of the ASP.
Plan, organize and execute daily/monthly missions IAW applicable regulations and directives.
Develop and foster a cohesive team approach within the ASP and the Directorate of Logistics (DOL). Perform daily administrative tasks: attending necessary briefings maintain personnel accountability, resolve potential conflicts.
Utilize Standard Army Ammunition System-Modernization (SAAS-MOD), Training Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS) and National Level Ammunition Capability (NLAC) systems to order track, expend and reconcile ammunition resupply through the Centralized Ammunition Managers to ensure the ASP can meet forecasted requests and maintain 100% accountability of all assets.
Coordinate the development and completion of required tasks and reports IAW contract requirements.
Ensure quality of service and support for customers.
Ensure compliance with government and contractor directives.
Coordinate and expedite the receipt, storage, issue and shipment of all AA&E within the storage area to include: vehicle inspections, verifications, and preparation of required documentation.
Coordinate with the Directorate of Plans, Training, Maintenance and Operations (DPTMS) Ammunition Manager to screen ammunition requirements for units, unforecasted requests and ensure units are only requesting items consistent with their Authorizations.
Monitor all facets of operation within the facility to include: all storage magazines, Surveillance shop, Vehicle Inspections, Operations and Residue yard.
Maintain open levels of communication and trust with customers.
Provide technical support and guidance for all customer units in regard to Class V operations.
Perform duties as Key Custodian, including administrative keys and high security locks.
Perform ammunition surveillance duties and assist personnel when needed. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: inspection and classification of returned assets, preparation of required documentation
Oversee the proper processing of ammunition residue, to include coordination with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) for disposal of all retrograde, and Environmental for expended brass sales

Required:
Maintain a Secret Security Clearance
Attend two week Transportation of Hazardous Material course and refresher every two years.
Experience with interpreting instructions, technical manuals and/or directives necessary for the accomplishment of job assignment.
Licensed to operate a forklift up to 6,000 pounds.
Must have a valid driver’s license with NO major infractions.
Physically capable of manually lifting up to 70 pounds.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have working knowledge of computers, typewriters, and other office equipment
Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence.
Ability to keyboard 45 wpm, operate a 10-key calculator; word processing and spreadsheet experience required.
Must communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees and government personnel.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Must have working knowledge of calculators, preparing/filing of written documents.
Work harmoniously with other employees promoting teamwork and cooperation.
Ability to work in fast paced and compliance driven environment.
Ability to take initiative to ask questions and/or voice concerns in order to clarify task goals prior to completing work tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to give directions.

May requires driving and working out of doors in extreme heat/ cold and possibly rainy weather and physical stamina and strength in all of its forms (endurance, temperature/ climate, stress, etc) is necessary. Walking and climbing may be required at work sites.

As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base.
