Job Description
The Red Gate Group, LTD (RGG) seeks a uniquely qualified and highly motivated person to perform duties as the Program Manager (PM) for a future effort within the Special Operations Community at FT Bragg, NC. The PM is responsible for a multi-million dollar contract to provide qualified intelligence analysts across the intelligence functional spectrum including Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT). The PM is responsible for recruiting, contract deliverables and overall success of the contract.
The PM will represent RGG and serve as our single source contract manager, authorized to interface with the Government Contracting Officer (KO) and all other customer contracting entities assigned to this project. Some of these responsibilities include: formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate contractor personnel. Manage contractor support team across all elements of the mission programs. Provide monthly contract status reports to responsible government personnel, to include Government Program Manager and/or Government COR. Interface with staff on status of contract or task order performance. Coordinate program review meetings, including arranging for facilities and equipment, developing agendas, preparing attendance lists, and publishing meeting results.
The successful PM candidate will possess the following attributes: Strong people management and leadership, Operational Control (operating and budgeted expense), and Resource Allocation (headcount and staffing plans). He/she must lead and motivate others, have a high level of influence and customer/partner service skills and have the ability to think strategically. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills as well as have the ability to interface effectively with employees and customers of all levels
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
TS/SCI Clearance
The ideal candidate is a former Senior Military Intelligence Officer or Sergeant Major with previous Special Operations experience and familiarity with specific operations in Fayetteville, NC highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 20 years’ relevant experience is required (Master’s degree preferred). Defense Acquisition and PMP certification is highly desirable.
Experience shall include demonstrated capability to lead project development from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
