Conduct initial security briefings, debriefings, indoctrinations, and re-indoctrinations of employees.
Write security plans and procedures (writing and revising security plans, procedures/instructions, fixed facility checklists, SOP and information security plans and procedures as needed)
Participate in DSS inspections and audits.
Maintain certification and accreditation of the facilities. Accurate and efficient creation and maintenance of personnel security files.
Provides security support to management and Security Support Services for Contracts (for Prime and Subcontracts).
Enforces government and company security policies, as well as provide direction and guidance with regard to these program security regulations.
Processes personnel security clearances via the Electronic Questionnaire for Investigation Processing e-QIP.
Generate visit certification requests.
Participates in an active Security Awareness and Education Program.
Oversee classified Information Systems and communications.

Required Skills
Proven ability to use independent judgment and discretion to identify, analyze, and resolve security related issues.
Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written. Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Required Experience
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years experience required.
Have an excellent understanding of clearance processing procedures.
Experience in applying Defense Security Service (DSS) procedures to a company’s security program required.
Strong working knowledge of Program Security, SAP, SCI, NISPOM, DCID, Collateral Security, FSO and Security Administration.
Must have high-level proficiency in JPAS, e-QIP, ISFD, ACAVS and other security related programs.
ISP Certification preferred.
Experience with International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulation (EAR) compliance a plus.
