Requirements:Instructors shall possess good working knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products, an adequate level of physical
fitness with no physical disability or handicap that precludes the ability to teach, lead, and demonstrate exercises, drills, and activities in accordance with FM 7-22, body composition standards as
specified in Army Regulation (AR) 600-9, National Strength and Conditioning Association certification and Certified Physical Trainers (NSCA-CPT).
Job Duties:
Teach students the practical application of Army physical readiness training doctrine, policy, and procedures. Graduates will be expected to assist in the development of unit and individual
Physical readiness training programs based on exercise science to include instruction in: human anatomy, physiology and kinesiology; body composition, diet, performance nutrition and weight
control; stress management, behavior modification, substance abuse, cardiovascular disease risk, environmental considerations, Army Physical Readiness Program policy and regulations, exercise
prescription, physical readiness training techniques, reconditioning, equipment and facilities; and functional screening and physical readiness testing.
