Salary: $55,000 - $55,000

Role Responsibility:
Perform physical security site surveys at various enterprise locations; determine project scope and develop tailored security solutions
Lead analysis of security vulnerabilities and system failures and determine cost-effective countermeasures
Facilitate multidisciplinary working groups to determine security solutions and mitigate risks
Conduct field testing and evaluate new and specialized security equipment for health care facilities and prepare scope development for competitive purchasing processes
Design integrated closed caption television, intrusion, and access control systems for clinical and employer health care centers and their business offices
Represent the Physical Security Division to the Health & Wellness business units and other Company departments, and collaborate with other professionals on projects
Develop training materials and provide on-the-job and classroom instruction to Loss Prevention and other employees
The Ideal Candidate:
Education, Licenses and Certifications Required
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or project management
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required
Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management, design and/or maintaining physical security systems
Must possess strong knowledge and understanding of business, financial terms and budgeting practices to support capital projects and operating cost reduction strategies
Must possess in-depth knowledge of closed caption television systems, intrusion detection systems, and access control systems
Must possess work history to include demonstrated knowledge of the physical security needs of clinical and health care facilities and their associated business offices

Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States

Must be able to pass an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
