The Vice President, Security Operations will have direct corporate oversight of a highly-visible and complex program. This position will have full authority to respond to any contract requirements of the client.

Principal accountabilities will include:
Directing operational, logistical, and administrative support provided to the contract’s managers
Directing and implementing sophisticated operational policies, procedures, and practices to ensure contract conformance, client satisfaction, statutory compliance, and to meet Inter-Con’s quality standards
Ensuring the continuous quality improvement
Earning and maintaining deep and trusted relationships with the clien

Minimum Desired Skills and Qualifications
Minimum ten years’ security operations experience attained in a combination of law enforcement, military, and/or armed contract security
Experience leading an organization of 500 or more personnel
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Security Administration or related discipline
Experience in managing budgets and/or profit and loss responsibility
Demonstrated organizing skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
Strong analytical, oral and written, and group presentation skills

Physical Security Manager
