Responsibilities
Responsible for providing armed security, safeguarding facilities, conducting patrols and escorting visitors as necessary.
Provide waterborne security.
Required Skills
Candidate Qualifications
VA DCJS Security Officer Course Subjects (01E) preferred
VA DCJS Armed Security Officer Arrest Authority (05E) preferred
VA DCJS Handgun (07E) preferred
U.S. citizen
Capable of passing a physical fitness test, health exam, background investigation and periodic drug test
Willing to work various shifts, including nights and some holidays
