Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline, and/or to have three to five years of related industry experience
•Have knowledge of program objectives, policies, procedures, and requirements for managing a secure detention/correctional facility.
•A member of the ACA is preferred.

• Motivated individual who is able to manage and coordinate multiple assignments, effectively prioritize and complete tasks.
• Demonstrable organization, problem solving, critical thinking, decision making and communication skills.

• Experience supervising employees, as well as managing within a budget.
• Ability to prepare management, business, technical and personnel reports, reviews and documents for internal and external use.
• Communication skills orally, in writing and telephonically.
• Experience, gathering, analyzing, and presenting statistical information and performance metrics. • Ability to identify potential problems and proactively develop plans of actions to prevent.
• Knowledge of program objectives, policies, procedures, and requirements for managing a secure detention /correctional facility.
• Knowledge of ACA performance-based standards and processes required to meet them.
• Secret security clearance issued by the Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO) or another federal agency.
• Must NOT be currently employed by any other federal agency, including active duty military, whereas their employment under this contract could present an actual or apparent conflict of interest.
• Experience interviewing detained persons preferred, recognizing non-verbal cues and capable of adapting communication (language, tone, and level of specificity) to the audience and for the circumstance.
• An ACA member is preferred.
• Must be physically fit and able to pass an employment fitness test.
• Must be a US Citizen
• Have a minimum one (1) year of experience as a law enforcement officer or military policeman, or six months experience as a security officer engaged in functions related to detaining civil or administrative detainees.
• First Aid and CPR certifications
• Meet requirements for annual physical exam and Tuberculosis (TB) Skin test
