Qualification
To provide continuous, coordinated, comprehensive and business-integrated security support services to the company's Central European operations. Delivery will be based on the Group Security Services Description Document ensuring that security threats to personnel, assets, information and business
objectives within Central Europe are properly identified, evaluated and countered
effectively and efficiently.
Geographical Remit: Albania & Kosovo; Bosnia and Herzegovina; Bulgaria; Croatia; Czech Republic; Hungary; Macedonia; Montenegro; Serbia; Slovakia; Slovenia

No direct reports; currently two Country Security Managers as indirect reports
Prinicipal Accountabilites:
• Develop, manage and execute a business-aligned security strategy for Central Europe with associated action plans. This will include information security, business continuity management, crisis management, supply chain security, asset and personnel protection.
• Drive a pro-active, risk-focused and intelligence based approach to implementation of Security Risk Management across Central Europe, with well-developed networks internally and externally to enable informed business decisions and activities
• Develop and operate strong partnerships with the firm's Anti-Illicit Trade function in intelligence and enforcement
• Exercise 'high performance leadership' across the Central Europe Business Unit. This will include active engagement of business stakeholders, providing leadership to Country Security Managers / Managers of Security, contributing fully to the Western Europe Security Leadership Team and the Western European Security/Anti Illicit Trade strategies.
• Continuously review, implement and maintain effective security policies, procedures and practices to ensure the security and protection of personnel, assets, information and business activities (as per control navigator (CN) H1) commensurate to the prevailing security environment.
• Advise and support, and where appropriate actively assist, in deployment of End Market Crisis Management plans/processes. Prepare and assist in execution of plans that are the direct responsibility of the Security Function, including evacuation, kidnap and ransom, malicious product contamination and extortion.
• Provide security related technical advice in new projects or other business initiatives.
• Coordinate/facilitate the BCM process with the aim of assisting the business to fulfil CN requirements (H2).
• Plan and conduct security enquiries, investigations and reviews of security breaches.
• Effectively manage contracted third party security services.
• Identify potential threats to the secondary supply chain and recommend security solutions to management.
• Prepare and manage the security budget
• Develop close working relationship with Legal, HR, Audit, Risk and IT Security Staff.
• Build an effective internal network more broadly, proactively communicating and delivering security services to all functions to assist them in achievement of their business objectives.
• Development and implement Security Awareness Programmes for all employees / business partners, to ensure full cross-functional commitment to security policies, procedures and strategies
• Maintain close contact/liaison with other OpCos, and Regional Security to share security information and best practice.
• Maintain effective liaison with relevant external stakeholders especially law enforcement, intelligence and government agencies to obtain practical and material assistance for the business
• Maintain close contact / liaison with other security professionals from embassies and international companies
• Continually seek opportunities for innovation aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness of deployed security systems and processes.
• Other responsibilities as may be designated by the Regional Security Manager .

• The Senior Security Manager reports directly to the Regional Security Manager with dotted line to the Head of Legal for Central Europe
