Director of Security - Helsinki

Salary: Up to €120,000 package
Location(s): Based in Finland Must be an EU passport holder with Finnish and Russian languages
Job description: Extensive operations in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Russia. Services include private and public sector personnel restaurants. Food manufacturing is undertaken in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Russia, with product exported to over 15 countries
Development and implementation of policies, guidelines and instructions related to corporate security. Plans, directs and oversees implementation of comprehensive security systems for protection of individuals, homes, business, commercial and industrial facilities.
Serves as the enterprise focal point for security incident response planning and execution, oversees incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches.
Maintain relationships with law enforcement and other related government agencies.
Protection of information, personnel, premises and reputation.
Manage security functions related to corporate information systems, working closely with the CISO.


Candidate profile: A formal security related education (Law Enforcement, Military and Intelligence)
Held a leadership role in a commercial organisation experienced in change management, communication and impact and influence
Experienced in working in Russia
Certified Protection Professional, CSyP or equivalent certification preferred
Adaptability to changing situations
Flexibility with new tasks and working hours
Ready to enforce policies and take disciplinary measures, take corrective actions
Willing to travel, Ability to work independently and to take emergent decisions
Remains abreast of social, cultural, legal, criminal and political issues, nationally and internationally, and their impact on the organisation and its business
Language skills Fluent in Russian, English and Finnish
