Bradley Master Gunner Instructor in Ft Benning, Georgia
Personnel shall conduct training for the A3 Bradley platforms and the Bradley Virtual Simulator Training Systems, Unit Conduct of Fires Trainer (UCOFT) and Bradley Advanced Training System (BATS) and
leaders training, VIP briefing as well as any other training conduct within 1-29th Infantry Regiment Bradley Stryker University

Plans, coordinates, and conducts training and related instructional programs for customer personnel.
1. Conducts training sessions and may assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
2. Coordinates logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations.
3. Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
4. May assist in the development and establishment of course content and objectives.
5. May update course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance.
6. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
7. Participates in special projects as required.

High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years related experience. Bachelor’s Degree from and accredited school preferred.

1-3 years of directly related experience in course instruction.

(1) Certified on Heavy Brigade Combat Team (HBCT) or Armor Brigade Combat Team (ABCT) Gunnery
(2) Certified on Vehicle Crew Evaluator Exportable Packet (VCEEP) standards
(3) Graduate of the ASIJ3 BFV Master Gunner Course (for J3 Master Gunner Course instructor positions)
(4) Graduate of the M2A3 BFV Master Gunner Course (for M2A3 Master Gunner Course instructor positions
(5) Previously served as a Master Gunner at Battalion or higher level for at least one year in a Bradley equipped unit
(6) Experience as a Training Developer or Combat Developer
(7) Possess a current U.S. Passport, or be able to attain one upon hiring
(8) Working knowledge of DA Pamphlet 350-38, Standards in Weapons Training
(9) Ability to utilize analytical tools and techniques, such as war games and simulations
(10) Possess minimum communication skills equivalent to a 12th grade education level, both oral and written
(11) Meet all physical and academic requirements of the Master Gunner instructor certification course upon hiring
(12) Knowledge of current TRADOC Regulations 350-70-1 thru 350-70-12, Systems Approach to Training
(13) Preferred (not required) prior US Army Instructor (with the ā€œ8″ ASI identifier) with experience in creating and updating lesson plans, Programs of Instruction (POIs), and Training Support Plans (TSPs)
(14) Instructors shall present a neat and well-groomed appearance
(15) Instructors shall conduct themselves as professional at all time
