Logistic Services International, Inc. (LSI) was founded in Jacksonville, Florida in 1978. Initially established to meet the aviation training and logistics support needs of foreign militaries operating U.S. Navy aircraft and systems, LSI has earned an enviable reputation for innovation, responsiveness, and reliability among a customer base that includes the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, numerous foreign militaries, and the largest military aircraft manufacturing and support companies in the United States.Our Corporate Headquarters and Cecil Training and Support Center are in Jacksonville, Florida and we have satellite offices in Virginia, North Carolina, New Mexico and California. We also have numerous employees supporting our efforts at the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, Florida and also in Pensacola, Florida.LSI is currently bidding on the Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity (NETSAFA). We are presently accepting resumes in support of the proposal.
Position will be located in Pensacola, Florida. LSI is seeking a Aviation Training Division (ADT) Survival Instructor Class 3.
Background and Education Requirements:
•High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
•Shall have 8 years experience in water survival, physical fitness related areas, or as an instructor. Must meet physical and psychological screening requirements for designation as a high-risk training instructor. Must be in excellent physical and mental condition to accomplish and evaluate water survival swimming and physical standards.Must have the following qualifications:
•Naval Aviation Water Survival Instructor’s Course (B-9E-0101) or Navy Basic swimming and Water Survival Instructors Course (BSWSIC) (A-012-1014) or equivalent instructional qualification course.
•Naval Aviation Water Survival Instructor’s Course (B-9E-0101) or Navy Basic swimming and Water Survival Instructors Course (BSWSIC) (A-012-1014) or equivalent instructional qualification course.
•American Red Cross CPR Course.
•NAUI/PADI Instructor National Association Underwater Instructors/Prof. Association Diving Instructors
