Manager, Corporate Security Operations

Position Summary
Lead and develop the Wichita Security Operations group
Manage the contractual agreements and relationships with 3rd party security operations at various Koch locations
Ensure 3rd party security operations are providing appropriate support to facilities
Provide proactive options and recommendations based on sound security risk management practices
Implement and maintain appropriate security measures for the Wichita Headquarters campus
Manage the access control and CCTV systems for the Wichita Headquarters campus
Provide guidance and assistance for the Wichita Headquarters campus emergency notification system and campus emergency evacuation program
Liaison with local, state, federal law enforcement agencies, and security providers

Qualification Required
Minimum 10 years of experience in law enforcement or corporate/industrial security roles
Minimum 5 years of experience leading, managing, and supervising law enforcement or security personnel
Bachelor’s Degree
Proven experience developing and mentoring individuals into a cohesive and productive team
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to strategically create and plan a long term vision for security operations
Proven ability managing multiple projects in multiple locations
Self-starter and able to work with limited supervision
Proven ability to identify and analyze a situation and implement the best solution
Good knowledge and experience using computers, various software, and security related systems
Experience collaborating with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies

Preferred
Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
Physical Security Professional (PSP)

Other
Some work required after normal business hours
Occasional participation in weekend activities will be required
