Summary
Our client requires an overall security management professional to oversee security multi facility operations in large multi manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facilities primarily located in Reynosa, MX.
Responsibilites
The security manager should have security experience in a manufacturing warehouse and distribution
environment with experience working in Mexico. This role requires someone who has energy, can think on their feet, handle multi tasks and is a team player keeping company values in mind. Overall security responsibility will include conducting security assessments, audits, maintaining and improving crisis response plans, supervising security subordinates and a large third party contract guard force. This physical security subject matter expert will be responsible for prevention and reporting of security incidents and liaison for required investigations as well as information protection and incident management. This manager will be familiar with C-TPAT and NEEC.
Competencies/Abilites
• Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in the field in a manufacturing warehouse and distribution environment in physical security and investigations with the above job responsibilities to include supervisory/management experience in Mexico
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
