Description:
SAIC is seeking a Project Leader - Law Enforcement for client location at Headquarters’ Department of the Army located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA to support the Military Police Support Contract.
Duties:
- Responsible for leading the Police Law Enforcement Operations portion of the contract, and providing support to other Police operations contract requirements.
- Support Military Police development of doctrine, concept of operations and policy requirements.
- Identify, analyze, develop, implement and field innovative ideas related to mission and readiness of military police organizations.
Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Administration of Justice, Police Management Operations, or related discipline 5 to 7 years’ experience in management of projects or evaluating doctrinal literature, Police programs, and concept or policy analysis or equivalence of 5-7 years senior level Law Enforcement leader experience (i.e. Battalion level Operations Officer (S-3) or Sergeant Major, or civilian equivalent) with at least 2-3 of those years with direct supervision or management of law enforcement programs.
- Military education requirement includes graduation from the U.S. Command and General Staff College (or related sister service) or the US Sergeants Major Academy, or senior leadership courses from the Federal or Civilian law enforcement academies.
- ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE
- 5+years in Police Management/Operations with primary duties as Provost Marshal, Law Enforcement Operations Officer, or civilian equivalent and with projects or programs involving broad and varied Training Developments related matters.
