Basic Qualifications - Years of Experience:
10+ years in Corporate Security
Scope of Responsibility/Expectations:
This position incorporates three disciplines of Corporate Investigations.1. Supply Chain Security
Manage with the assistance of Regional Security managers the out-bound supply chain of Motorola products leaving production locations to distribution or customer locations.
Ensure best practices and industry standards for transit of company products are implemented and followed.

2. Counterfeiting Investigations
Work with Motorola Legal department and custom officials around the globe to respond to requests of suspected counterfeit products under observation or seized to appropriate adjudication.

3. Internal Corporate Investigations
Investigate possible violations of Motorola's security/Hr/Finance policies or breach of code of conduct policies. Work collectively with Human Resource and senior corporate managers to provide appropriate reports in summarizing investigative findings.

Specific Knowledge/Skills:
Background in conducting complex multi-national Intellectual Property or Fraud investigations.
Working knowledge of Supply Chain investigative techniques around transportation, warehousing and distribution of sensitive corporate products.
Knowledge of anti-counterfeiting strategies and investigations.
Professional certifications including CPP-Certified Protection Professional, CFE- Certified Fraud Investigations
